Christian Counseling is grounded in the Word of God. It is a way for individual clients as well as couples to discuss, reflect, and learn what God has to say about their life's challenges. In the therapy process we will find out what God has to say about life and how to apply it. We will incorporate this in the therapy process along with clinical techniques to learn coping strategies. Our goal is to help you find peace spiritually and tools to manage life's stressors.

Overcoming a traumatic event can be hard, but it is possible with the help of Trauma Therapy.  At RRC we have therapists who are trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing(EMDR), Brain Spotting(BSP), and Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(TF-CBT). In therapy the Clinician will learn about your trauma experiences, what has worked in the past for you, what hasn't worked, and you both will work together to develop a plan.

COVID 19 has disrupted our lives. For the safety of our clients and clinicians we are a fully remote practice.  Although we are not meeting in person, online therapy can provide you the support you need.
